Great view over sea, modern rooms, affable staff. Marvellous setting so close to the beach. Found really close to markets, the shops by Margaritaville, and all shopping areas.

This place is seriously amazing! The location is mind-blowing, right in the heart of the town center with so many attractions nearby. The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, fully equipped, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. Although the furniture was a little worn, it was still super nice. The bar and restaurant on the property were top-notch, offering delicious food and even occasional entertainment for guests on Thursdays. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel safe and free during my stay. Special shoutout to my sweet housekeeper who went above and beyond. The facilities, including the clean pool and sleek bar, were impressive. Noella and Tajay at the restaurant were very nice and the food was excellent. I couldn't ask for more from this place!

The unit, Beach One Bedroom Suite A29, was clean and tastefully decorated. the property had 24-hour security, a restaurant, and a pool with a patio bar. the highlight was the Rasta man who cooked delicious fried chicken at the bar. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions like Turtle Park and Margaritaville. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable vacation. Cons: Was all great! 👍.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! The room was spacious with a huge bed and comfortable sofa bed. The AC units were easy to control, ensuring a pleasant stay. We were impressed with the wide range of TV channels and the reliable internet in the room. The ample storage space and the safe added convenience. The balcony offered stunning sea views and the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful garden. Although the beach access was temporarily closed, we understood that a new Promenade was being built and that it would soon be open just a short 2-minute walk away. The location of the property was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach, other nearby beaches, grocery stores, and food restaurants. The owner, Paul, was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The gated property with 24-hour security, a back gate to the beach, and a 24-hour front desk added to our peace of mind. We loved the restaurant at the main building and the pool and patio bar, where we indulged in the best fried chicken, rice, and plantain cooked by a Rasta man. The friendly staff and clean, modern, and tastefully decorated units made us feel right at home. This property may not be a 5-star hotel by North American standards, but it definitely exceeded our cleanliness expectations for a tropical country. The central location made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the beautiful beaches, attractions like Dunn's River Falls and the Blue Hole, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The only minor drawbacks were the worn furniture in the living room and the need for a mattress instead of just a box spring on the bed. these small issues did not significantly detract from my overall experience.
